Elaine Sinnard was born in Fort Collins, CO in 1926. She studied at the Art Student’s league in New York City in 1948, New York University in 1953 and the Sculpture Center, New York, NY in 1954. She had additional instruction at the Academie Grande Chaumiere in Paris, France in 1956. Sinnard was a member National Arts Club New York City. In 2012, she died in Orange, NY at the age of 86.
