Anthony Stuffers

American, 1894 - 1920


Anthony Stuffers was born in the Hague, Netherlands and immigrated to Chicago in 1913. Stuffers studied and exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago. He served in WWI in the Quartermaster's Corp. Stuffers worked as a commercial artist/book illustrator/political cartoonist back in the Netherlands and in Chicago and died in 1920 at the age of 26.
